Splunk SIEM SOAR Security Specialist

Manage Splunk SIEM and SOAR platforms at Bank of America, using threat detection and incident response expertise. Work onsite three days weekly.

This Production Services Specialist II role requires senior production support experience and five-plus years in SIEM/SOAR administration. You will support internal customers, strengthen cyber resilience, and maintain services within agreed SLAs. The work combines IAM, automation, security operations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and optimize primarily Splunk SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Develop detection rules, dashboards, and automation playbooks
• Monitor security events and identify potential threats
• Coordinate incident triage, service restoration, and permanent fixes
• Collaborate with IT teams on security improvements

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in SIEM/SOAR administration and security operations
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Splunk searches, dashboards, alerts, and playbooks
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and incident response
• Expert Linux experience and familiarity with Splunk queries
• Availability for on-call coverage and off-hours work
