SQL Business Intelligence Analyst

Use SQL and business intelligence tools as a Reporting Analyst at Catalis, creating dashboards and analyses from multiple systems. Support decisions with accurate data.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will design, develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The work includes SQL, relational databases, Microsoft SQL Server, and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You will collaborate across Operations, Product, and Technology teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Query and analyze data across multiple systems and databases
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Create ad hoc reports supporting business and client needs
• Validate accuracy and identify anomalies, trends, or potential issues
• Document, test, troubleshoot, and deploy reporting outputs

Requirements:

• Two to four years in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis
• Strong SQL skills writing complex queries and validating results
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong analytical, communication, and priority-management skills
