Sr DevOps Engineer

Iris's Fortune 100 direct client is looking for Sr DevOps Engineer .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native platform solutions using Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability, automation, and release velocity.
• Build automation tools and platform services using Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Manage containerized applications, including container image creation, versioning, branching, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain GitOps practices using ArgoCD for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, networking, container, and Kubernetes-related issues.
• Develop reusable platform templates, deployment blueprints, and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and proactive operational improvements.
• Drive standardization of infrastructure automation and deployment processes across teams.
• Collaborate with platform, security, architecture, and application development teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Identify platform gaps, recommend innovative solutions, and proactively implement improvements to enhance platform reliability and developer experience.
