Sr Field Analytics Analyst - UK/Benelux

Overview

In this role, you will drive commercial excellence for the field sales team by delivering actionable insights and performance reporting. You’ll develop KPIs and dashboards that inform data-driven decisions across territories and regions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics with corporate strategy, and identify opportunities to optimize territory performance. This position offers the chance to influence sales strategy and improve field execution through scalable analytics and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends across territories to identify growth opportunities and gaps
  • Respond to ad-hoc data questions from the field in collaboration with operations and analytics teams
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports delivering timely, actionable insights to field teams
  • Develop and report KPIs aligned with company strategy and commercial objectives
  • Partner with sales, marketing, market access, and customer care to define and maintain KPIs
  • Track and present KPI performance through dashboards and executive presentations
  • Translate data into recommendations for sales, marketing, and leadership
  • Promote automation, self-service analytics, and field training to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to scalable processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data governance
Key requirements
  • 7+ years in commercial analytical roles with increasing responsibility
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and analytical tools; advanced Excel (including VBA)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Salesforce for data analysis and storytelling
  • Strong ability to build KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce dashboards, reports, Lightning, workflows, Process Builder, Visual Flow, and security configurations (preferred)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and data strategy teams
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills; fluency in English
