As a Senior Lead Developer in our AI Enablement Team, you will design and build solutions that advance GenAI capabilities across the organization. You’ll lead technically, mentor peers, and collaborate with architects to create scalable platforms. You will shape core product capabilities while delivering cutting-edge AI-powered features. - Design, develop, and maintain applications with efficient, maintainable code
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Review code for quality and best practices; give constructive feedback
- Write unit tests and collaborate with QA to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solution design
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks; optimize for speed and scale
- Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
- 7+ years of experience in developing IT solutions
- Proficiency in Python and ReactJS
- GenAI application development experience including vector stores, RAG, context engineering, prompt engineering, observability
- Knowledge of Java Spring Framework; RESTful API development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization
- Strong OOP and design patterns; database design with SQL and NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Scrum/SAFE practices
- Front-end tech familiarity (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- CI/CD and version control (Git) practices
