As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will lead the successful implementation of PATT solutions for customers, combining product expertise with implementation know-how. You’ll work with clients to capture requirements, configure and prototype setups, and support data conversion and integrations. The role blends functional and technical consulting, with mentorship and a focus on durable client relationships. - Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations
- Gather client requirements, configure solutions, and build prototype configurations for validation
- Assist clients in testing and oversee data conversion from legacy systems
- Support integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions
- Apply Workday Implementation Methodology across engagements
- Ensure clients leverage proven Workday capabilities
- Mentor colleagues and share product knowledge
- Deliver successful project outcomes and maintain strong client relationships
- 4+ years of consulting experience in internal or external roles
- 4+ years implementing or working with Tier 1 business software (Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar)
- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly and work autonomously
- Experience with payroll compliance and/or legislation
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
