Overview

As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you help customers derive business value from Workday applications post go-live. You work directly with clients through targeted micro-consulting engagements, provide configuration guidance, and demonstrate Workday features. You leverage deep knowledge of Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and HR concepts to advise on adoption and optimization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable programs that drive customer success and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
  • Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
  • Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate value and responses clearly to customers
  • Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
  • Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
  • Maintain Workday expertise and certifications; stay updated on roadmap and industry practices
  • Help create new programs to drive customer feature adoption
  • Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities
  • Provide one-on-one configuration designs
  • Assist deployments including full feature rollout
Key requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
  • 5 years of IT implementation experience
  • 3+ years of software consulting experience
  • 1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a plus
  • Troubleshooting Adaptive Integrations to external systems
  • Ability to distill complex Workday concepts into clear customer presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
