Sr Growth Engineer (Fullstack TS/Vue/NodeJS)

As a Senior Engineer on the Growth team, you will help grow n8n’s self-serve platform by improving signup, onboarding, and monetization flows. You’ll collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering to optimise the entire Cloud user journey. You’ll design and run high-impact experiments to lift activation and retention, and help scale growth systems like messaging, billing, and email orchestration. This role offers the chance to directly influence ARR and key growth metrics in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

• Own growth-critical flows (signup, onboarding, admin dashboard) to ensure a smooth, performant user experience
• Design, build, and A/B test features to increase conversion and retention (upgrade paths, prompts, pricing nudges)
• Scale growth systems (in-app messaging, billing, email orchestration)
• Drive measurable business outcomes by tracking and iterating on ARR, activation, and retention KPIs

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React (plus HTML/CSS/UI libraries)
• Experience owning growth metrics (activation, retention, or revenue) on a SaaS PLG team
• Proven track record shipping experiments from hypothesis to deployment or kill decision
• Product-minded with the ability to operate without a PM and make sound calls
• Data fluency to query data and make decisions from user behavior and experiments
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast, ownership-driven mindset
