In this role you will lead the integrations powering daily RIAs operations, focusing on Salesforce and custodial partnerships. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Client Experience teams to scale custodial workflows and enhance self-service onboarding for Salesforce users. You will identify AI-driven features to streamline data mapping and workflows, delivering measurable outcomes for clients. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for Salesforce and custodian integrations
- Translate business goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Scale custodial document workflows and enable self-service onboarding for Salesforce users
- Explore AI-driven capabilities to simplify data mapping and workflows
- Review API specifications, data schemas, and webhooks with technical teams
- Monitor platform health metrics, adoption, and client feedback to improve performance
- Extensive product management experience in SaaS or technical integrations
- Comfort with API specs and collaboration with engineers during discovery
- Ability to translate complex backend data flows into intuitive user experiences
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance integration workflows
