Overview

In this Sr Product Manager role within Amazon’s Tax Services, you will shape the document printing product used to generate billions of critical tax-related documents. You’ll translate customer needs into impactful features, balancing user experience, scope, and speed to market. You’ll own end-to-end roadmaps, define metrics, and collaborate across engineering, UX, and business partners to drive measurable outcomes. This role offers high visibility and the chance to influence a rapidly evolving tax technology landscape in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Explain how features affect the document printing product’s value, usability, and performance
  • Make prioritization decisions balancing customer experience, scope, and time-to-market
  • Lead product planning and prioritize features with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, business partners)
  • Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for specifications and architecture
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure product success
Key requirements
  • Bachelor
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
