Loblaw is hiring a senior Salesforce software engineer for a one-year fixed-term role on its Salesforce CRM Platforms Team in Brampton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications, integrations, automations, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and other teams to deliver solutions using agile and CI/CD practices.
• Lead technical design discussions, implement solutions, review code, and mentor junior developers.
• Support Salesforce DevOps, including source control, automated deployments, release management, environment strategy, and troubleshooting.
• Support Salesforce security architecture and governance, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, permissions, data protection, and secure integrations.
• Meet operational team KPIs and follow company governance standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flows, APIs, integrations, and OmniStudio.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD, Git-based version control, automated deployments, and tools such as Copado or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools.
• Experience with platform and data security, troubleshooting, agile teamwork, technical discussions, and mentoring.

Compensation
