Responsibilities
  • Lead backend engineering efforts for prototypes and large-scale apps across CrowdStrike products
  • Build and operate cloud-based detection systems to identify targeted attacks and automate threat intelligence globally
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to define and develop platforms and features
  • Learn and advocate latest technologies, elevating the team's technical knowledge
  • Mentor other developers across web, backend, and data storage technologies and improve system architecture
  • Continuously re-evaluate product design for performance, stability, and user experience
  • Own your work in a high-trust environment
Key requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems
  • Understanding of scalability and distributed systems concepts (sharding, partitioning, concurrency)
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Solid engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, resilient architecture
  • Ability to deliver high-quality software on a predictable schedule with CI practices
