Sr. Software Engineer, Cloud Detection (Hybrid, London)

As a Backend Engineer on the CDE Platform, you will design, build, and scale core services that orchestrate data, content, and execution logic across CrowdStrike products. You will help create a high-performance, scalable platform capable of processing internet-scale data streams and enabling real-time detection. • Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products
• Build and operate cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence at global scale
• Collaborate with multiple teams to define and implement platform features
• Mentor and be mentored on web, backend, and data storage tech

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong grasp of scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency)
