Overview
As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Salesforce Integration team, you’ll advance Dialpad’s native Salesforce integration and other critical apps, enabling real-time automations and seamless data transfers. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable integrations that enhance the customer experience. You’ll work on architecting features, writing tests, and mentoring teammates, while contributing to agentic AI initiatives. This hybrid role can be based in London, blending hands-on development with strategic influence.

- Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration
- Contribute to other Dialpad integrations
- Write architectural design and specification documents
- Build well-tested features with unit tests and test hooks
- Write clean, modular, maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability
- Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies and initiatives
- Represent the team as a technical expert
- Provide mentorship and guidance for other engineers
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with at least one major backend language (Java or Python) and one frontend language (Vue or React)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and balance business goals with technical work
- Experience building integrations
- Proficiency with ETL data pipelines
- Agentic AI experience
- Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini) for coding tasks
