Overview
In this role you serve as the technical driver for strategic partners, enabling them to position, sell, and deliver the CloudBees platform. You collaborate with partner CTOs, architects, and pre-sales teams to accelerate adoption and pipeline. You work within a global Sales Engineering team to solve enterprise DevOps challenges and drive transformation at scale. This is a partner-first opportunity to shape ecosystems, reduce friction in deals, and demonstrate business value and ROI.

- Be the technical face of CloudBees for strategic partners and build trust with partner leaders
- Act as the go-to technical advisor for partner-led opportunities and enablement
- Represent CloudBees at partner events, workshops, and enablement sessions
- Support partners in qualifying, designing, and delivering CloudBees solutions
- Reduce friction in partner-led deals and accelerate time-to-market
- Contribute to early-stage discovery and solution architecture
- Train partner pre-sales teams on CloudBees and DevOps best practices
- Deliver technical enablement programs and hands-on workshops
- Develop reference architectures and reusable customer use cases
- Co-sell with partners and participate in joint discovery and technical qualification
- Help partners articulate business value, DevSecOps outcomes, and ROI
- Collaborate with partners to create DevOps transformation offerings like Jenkins modernization and CI/CD at scale
