Sr Technical Consultant - Paradox

As a Technical Consultant, you will lead integration discussions and deliver practical Workday-based solutions for clients. You act as the technical liaison across pre-sales, implementation, and post-sale phases, shaping architectures and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll design, build, test, and maintain cloud integrations for HR/recruiting systems, while mentoring colleagues and contributing reusable patterns. This role combines client engagement with hands-on integration work to drive scalable, repeatable outcomes. • Serve as the primary integration liaison for client inquiries across pre-sales, sales, and post-sale
• Design, build, test, and maintain API-driven integrations for cloud HR/recruiting systems
• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle on client engagements from scoping to post-launch support
• Create documentation and reusable assets; drive improvements to workflows and tooling
• Lead solution design sessions and translate client needs into integration architectures
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Identify patterns/gaps to inform tooling, process, and product improvements

• 6+ years in technical consulting, integration architecture, or project leadership with Workday focus
• Deep Workday integrations expertise including Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate
• Experience delivering Workday integrations focused on Workday Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration ecosystem (Core Connectors, EIBs, web services, PECI/PICOF)
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream client implementations end-to-end
• Mentoring and guiding junior/mid-level consultants
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
• API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML); API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
• Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)
• HR Tech industry knowledge; ownership mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Engineering or computer science background preferred; US work authorization
