Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our nonprofit finance team. This role focuses on cash management, remote check capture, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process remote check deposits and monitor daily cash activity
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support month-end close and financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong cash management and reconciliation skills preferred
• Experience with journal entries and general ledger accounting
