Staff Accountant

To support a growing accounting team, the full-time Maryland Licensed Staff Accountant will manage general ledger reconciliations, assist in preparing financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations in a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office and two days remote. Key responsibilities Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of financial records Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets Support the month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required 1-3 years of public and/or corporate accounting experience Fundamental knowledge of US GAAP is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications CPA certification is a bonus
