Staff Accountant Financial Analysis

The Staff Accountant serves as a financial partner across assigned projects and business units. You will monitor revenues, costs, WIP, margins, orders, taxes, and depreciation. The role also supports profitability, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze revenues, costs, WIP, margins, orders, taxes, and depreciation
• Complete monthly close, reconciliations, account analysis, and journal entries
• Compare cost baselines with actuals and investigate variances
• Support annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts
• Monitor labor costs and workforce productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to learn
