Staff Android Engineer: Lead Greenfield Android App

Grow Therapy is seeking an experienced Android Staff Engineer to set the technical direction for a greenfield Android app built with Kotlin. You will own architecture, tooling, and the first production release, collaborating closely with iOS, product, and design teams to deliver consumer-facing experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in native Android, strong Kotlin and Jetpack Compose skills, and a track record of leading architectural decisions.
