Staff Backend Architect - AI-Driven Platform (Remote)

GitLab is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to provide technical leadership across teams, shaping modular architecture strategy and guardrails for AI-assisted workflows. You will drive large backend initiatives, define standards, and mentor engineers while maintaining security, reliability, and operability at scale.
