Staff Backend Engineer, Connectivity Platform

Anthropic is seeking experienced Connectivity engineers to design, build, and operate the core infrastructure behind external tool calls. You will own reliability, including SLOs, on-call, and postmortems, and you’ll develop admin controls for enterprise IT governance.

You'll contribute to MCP standards and SDKs, collaborating with research and product teams to deliver scalable, secure connectivity across Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, and the API.
