Staff CI Engineer - Accelerate Build & Release (Remote)

AFFIRM is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead our CI and developer productivity infrastructure. You will drive design and optimization of build pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows across multiple services, ensuring rapid, reliable feedback for engineers.

You will mentor CI engineers, evangelize CI/CD best practices, and partner with engineering leadership to align CI systems with broader product goals. This is a remote-first role with flexible in-person options.
