Overview

In this role you build the data foundation that powers GTM decisions at Intercom, focusing on account identity, hierarchy, and enrichment. You work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to deliver scalable data pipelines and trusted insights that drive revenue. You will integrate LLM-powered enrichment and modern data tooling to enable accurate account/contact targeting and territory planning. The role offers impact by shaping how the company grows through data-driven decisions and reliable data assets.

Responsibilities
  • Own account identity and entity-resolution pipelines (deduping, domain matching, confidence scoring) at scale
  • Model and maintain the account hierarchy linking subsidiaries to parent companies
  • Build account sourcing pipelines turning market definitions into CRM-ready lists
  • Develop contact sourcing and enrichment pipelines with privacy and consent in mind
  • Implement LLM-powered enrichment using web search and crawling across providers
  • Ensure data usability via dbt models in Snowflake orchestrated by Airflow and syncing to GTM tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Clay)
  • Maintain data quality and trust with tests, alerts, and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to align data foundations with business needs
Key requirements
  • Experience with the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Airflow)
  • Production experience with LLMs (prompt design, tool calling, web search)
  • Entity resolution or deduplication experience with precision/recall trade-offs
  • SaaS API integration experience, especially Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
