Staff Data Engineer — Hybrid GTM Data & AI Enrichment

Fin is building the foundation for Intercom's GTM data, owning account identity and deduplication across the CRM landscape. You will design the organisation spine that links accounts to parents and drive sourcing pipelines for accounts and contacts.

You will implement LLM-powered enrichment and integrate with the modern data stack (dbt/Snowflake/Airflow) to support Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance teams, turning data into revenue growth.
