Staff Data Platform Engineer — Scale & Own Data Pipelines

Faire is hiring a Staff Engineer to own the data plumbing, moving data from production systems like CockroachDB and MySQL into analytics stores such as Snowflake and Databricks. This hands-on role will design the next generation of data movement, build core components, and bring the rest of the company along.

This role leads cross-team data initiatives, defines technical direction, and ensures data quality with contracts and observability tools.
