Staff Data Scientist - Remote & Strategy Leader

Monzo is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial judgement and coach others to raise the bar across Data Science at Monzo.

You’ll shape data strategy for large domains, partner with product, engineering, ML, design, risk and operations, and drive measurable outcomes. The role can be based in London or Barcelona, with UK distributed options, and offers an annual salary in the £124k–£165k range plus
