- 7+ years of software engineering experience (production-grade code)
- Fintech or financial services domain experience
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design, complexity)
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, etc)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills
