As a Staff Engineer, you own and steer high-impact technology projects within a global technology consultancy. You combine hands-on Java development with technical leadership, guiding design, delivery and client engagements on complex transformation programs. You modernise legacy systems, migrate to AWS and establish modern CI/CD and cloud deployment practices. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients while maintaining a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. This role offers influence across projects and a meaningful impact on financial services transformations.

- Develop scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices

- Experience in financial services or Fintech environments
- Strong Java development skills including multi-threading and concurrency
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices
- Good knowledge of REST APIs

- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures and design patterns
