Staff Full Stack Engineer Link

Lead Link consumer capabilities at Stripe with full-stack engineering expertise across React, GraphQL, Ruby APIs, and LLM-powered systems. This role offers office or remote work.

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will guide ambiguous product opportunities from validation through launch and iteration. You will build services, APIs, and interfaces while shaping durable technical strategy. The work spans consumer experiences, financial infrastructure, and cross-functional engineering partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technical strategy across Link Consumer and connect delivery with engineering vision
• Lead ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through safe launch and iteration
• Build reliable services, APIs, systems, and polished user experiences
• Identify risks, dependencies, and foundational investments early
• Partner across Stripe to align roadmaps and shared capabilities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend or full-stack software development experience
• Experience delivering complex projects from definition through production launch
• Strong full-stack skills across backend services and user experiences
• Experience leading engineers as a senior individual contributor
• Strong judgment around reliability, security, and maintainability
