Staff Full-Stack Engineer & Platform Architect

Allica Bank is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to define technical direction across multiple squads. You will shape architecture, mentor 3-5 engineers, and drive secure, compliant delivery of our fintech platforms.

You will leverage Spring Boot and React/TypeScript to evolve cross-squad patterns, establish standards, and improve deployment on Azure. Collaboration with product and design is essential to align tech with business goals.
