Juniper Square is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to guide Treasury platform engineering. You will combine backend services, full-stack delivery, AI fluency, and technical mentorship. The team expands bank integrations, reporting, visualization, and vendor exports for treasury data and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set technical direction and own architecture from design through production
  • Write production code across frontend and backend systems
  • Lead migration from monolith toward service-oriented architecture
  • Build AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop safeguards
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production service issues

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in backend or full-stack software engineering
  • Deep expertise in Python, Node/TS, Java, C++, or C#
  • Production experience with React, databases, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD, observability, reliability, and infrastructure as code
  • Hands-on AI-native development experience and a bachelor's degree

Lead Treasury engineering through production code, scalable architecture, AI fluency, and strong technical decision-making at Juniper Square.
