Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer, (Forward Deployed), GPS

As a Forward Deployed Full Stack Software Engineer, you will lead technical strategy for public sector engagements and translate requirements into robust architectural roadmaps. You’ll architect production‑grade AI applications and oversee integrated UIs, backends, and models at scale. You’ll guide cloud infrastructure for security and global reach, and shape reusable patterns from client lessons. This role blends hands-on delivery with technical leadership to drive meaningful public impact.

• Lead technical strategy for public sector engagements and convert mission requirements into architectural roadmaps
• Architect frameworks for production-grade AI apps, integrating interactive UIs, backends, and AI models
• Guide cloud infrastructure for security, scalability, and long-term integrity across environments
• Direct development of core platforms and shared services to meet cross-cutting client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical roadmap and mentor staff
• Bridge field learnings to reusable patterns that power the engineering organization

• 10+ years of full-stack experience with Python, Node.js, and React
• Proven track record designing high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and global cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience delivering production-grade ecosystems with strong security and reliability
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in high-security client environments
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent deep industry experience
• Self-driven leader able to resolve ambiguity and set technical vision
• Mentoring senior staff and fostering a documentation-first culture to improve velocity
• Proficient in Arabic
