Overview

In this Staff Full Stack Engineer role on the Satori team, you will shape Mission Control, the UI and APIs that let Fortune 500 customers deploy and manage AI security agents. You’ll lead cross-functional work across product, design, and backend to deliver a transparent, scalable enterprise experience. The role combines frontend and backend responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on security, accessibility, and reliability. You’ll impact how customers deploy and govern AI agents at scale, while advancing Proofpoint’s AI-driven security platform.

Responsibilities
  • Set the technical direction for Mission Control's UI across full stack (React frontend, APIs, and deployment/testing automation)
  • Integrate across product, design, and backend; translate Figma designs into working UI and surface gaps early
  • Build a user-facing experience that is reliable, controllable, and enterprise-scale (24/7/365)
  • Collaborate across multiple engineering and product teams to unblock others and drive delivery
  • Contribute to architecture and code quality through reviews, debugging, and mentoring stakeholders and engineers
Key requirements
  • Extensive hands-on engineering experience building large-scale systems with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript; experience with UI back-ends (Rails, Swing, Node, etc.)
  • Experience with micro-frontend (MFE) architectures or readiness to ramp
  • Cloud-native development; familiar with container deployments; AWS a plus
  • Strong design sense, attention to UX, and API contract analysis
  • Security, accessibility, and web standards awareness
  • Strong debugging, time management, and coordination with global teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership, including stakeholder management and mentoring
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and to work on-site four days per week in Belfast
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Mentoring of other engineers and collaborative partnership across teams
  • Proactive, get-it-done attitude and ability to navigate uncertainty
