Staff Full Stack Web Engineer

Lead full-stack web engineering at Synopsys as a Staff Engineer, owning architecture, implementation, deployment, and operational reliability for enterprise applications.

This full-time Staff-level role suits an autonomous technical leader with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Angular, NestJS, and Node.js. You will shape technical direction, guide architecture, and deliver practical solutions across front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud. The team builds platforms supporting cybersecurity, compliance, engineering, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise web application design, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Drive full-stack architecture for scalability, security, and reliability
• Set platform patterns using the PANN technology stack
• Design workflows, integrations, and intuitive user experiences
• Establish monitoring, SLOs, incident response, and improvement practices

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years building production enterprise web applications
• Deep PostgreSQL, Angular, NestJS, Node.js, and Prisma experience
• Expert JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API knowledge
• Experience with microservices, Docker or Kubernetes, cloud deployment, and CI/CD
• Practical production experience with AI technologies and responsible evaluation
