Staff Generative AI Architect

Lead generative AI architecture and production delivery remotely from Canada, using Python, AWS, and agentic systems to solve complex challenges.

This Staff AI Developer role suits a highly experienced technical leader guiding AI and machine learning systems from research through scalable production. You will develop generative AI applications, strengthen ML infrastructure, and establish reliable, secure engineering standards. Collaboration spans product, engineering, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of production AI systems
• Build scalable ML platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure
• Architect generative AI applications and agentic systems
• Establish standards for reliability, security, and responsible AI
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions

Requirements:

• At least seven years of software development experience
• Four or more years with production AI/ML systems
• Strong Python or comparable programming expertise
• Deep AWS and generative AI platform knowledge
• Production experience designing complex agentic systems
