As a Staff Information Developer, you lead scalable content for silicon projects, shaping how users find, understand, and integrate platform information. You’ll partner with architecture, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and craft an engaging information experience. You will drive content strategy, information architecture, and process improvements across programs, mentoring others and championing innovative, user‑centred content. This role offers autonomy to set priorities and to establish scalable practices that extend beyond a single project.

- Lead content development for silicon projects from requirements to delivery
- Identify and prioritise content risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities and implement practical solutions
- Introduce creative, innovative approaches to challenging content problems and challenge established methods
- Mentor and coach other Information Developers to raise team capability
- Shape content strategy and information architecture to improve customer experience across programs
- Strong planning, information architecture, user-centred content design, and content‑strategy judgement with experience leading technical content projects
- High proficiency with docs‑as‑code and Git‑based workflows
- Ability to decide under ambiguity and independently set priorities for self and contributors
- Ability to influence technical participants, reconcile viewpoints, and drive consensus without direct authority
