Overview

In this role you support Arm’s Central Engineering Software Group, helping deploy Arm architecture into key software ecosystems. You will troubleshoot across embedded Linux stacks and collaborate with engineering and support teams to stabilize products and enable partners. You’ll contribute to self-service by documenting solutions and onboarding partners to new Arm hardware and software. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on AI deployments and ecosystem adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive technical support cases to resolution
  • Hands-on debugging across embedded Linux stacks (firmware, drivers, applications)
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and central support to improve partner enablement and product stability
  • Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases
  • Support early deployment of new Arm hardware and software, onboarding partners
Key requirements
  • Strong understanding of embedded Linux-based software stacks (kernel, drivers, firmware integration)
  • Experience triaging, debugging, mitigating, and resolving software issues using C, C++, and/or assembly
  • Effective written and verbal communication with cross-team and external partners
