The Senior Machine Learning Engineer plays a crucial role in advancing the capabilities of our machine learning initiatives. This position is pivotal in developing and deploying cutting-edge algorithms and models to enhance our operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction metrics.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize operations and service delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and deliver scalable solutions.
Lead the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from ideation through to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure adherence to best practices in machine learning, including model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in machine learning applications and processes.
Stay abreast of advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies to recommend improvements and new approaches.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in software application development and design experience.
~3-5 years experience working with Machine Learning systems.
~3-5 years of experience with AWS services (ECR, S3, SageMaker).
~5+ years experience in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn).
~ Experience building large, complex systems, particularly web services, RESTful APIs, and continuous integration and delivery.
~ Experience with tree based models, DVC, Airflow and/or SQL are nice to have.
~ Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
~ Motivated to understand the nuances of data and its impact on the business.
