Marks & Spencer is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Customer Data Platform team. This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in our London Paddington office, helping to streamline development for 1000+ engineers and 30+ applications.

You will own delivery of complex features end-to-end, collaborate with Product and Design, and coach other engineers while expanding the platform's reliability and observability.
