In this role you own and drive architectures for PMIC and advanced power converters, guiding programs from concept to silicon validation. You will align architecture intent with design and verification across multiple teams, balancing trade-offs and defining operating modes and sequencing. You’ll lead architecture reviews, provide system-level guidance, and model-critical behavior to reduce silicon risk. This position offers impact on high-performance power systems within a globally collaborative, innovation-driven environment. - Define and own architectures for PMIC and advanced power converter products across multiple programs
- Drive architecture trade-offs, define operating modes, startup/shutdown sequencing, and system boundary conditions
- Lead architecture reviews and oversee design execution to ensure correct transition from architecture to implementation
- Provide architectural leadership for system-level design decisions across projects
- Develop and maintain low-level and system-level models (e.g., Simplis) to support decisions and risk reduction
- Analyze stability, transient response, fault behavior, and corner cases for architecture definition and validation
- Support analog design convergence and reduce silicon risk through model-based insight
- Collaborate with analog, digital, verification, validation, test, and applications teams to implement and verify architecture
- Contribute to design and architecture reviews and provide guidance during silicon validation and system-level debugging
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, design guidelines, and best-practice references
- Produce detailed sub-block specifications to enable efficient execution of implementation and verification
- Capture lessons learned and preventive actions to improve future designs
- Contribute to internal training, workshops, and technical knowledge-sharing activities
- Strong experience in PMICs, DC/DC converters, or mixed-signal power systems
- Experience with architecture definition and architectural analysis for power management products
- Familiarity with modeling tools such as Simplis and Simulink
- Ability to work across disciplines and influence technical decisions through collaboration and credibility
