Lead AI search visibility and organic discovery at Luxury Presence, partnering with engineering and design to build platform products for real estate websites.

As Staff Product Manager, you will own strategy, roadmap, and results across more than 20,000 client sites. You will shape how brands, listings, and expertise appear across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. The work combines SEO, AI search, customer insight, measurement, and product leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery
  • Make client brands legible to AI assistants
  • Define measurement for citations and answer-engine visibility
  • Build business cases tied to retention, revenue, and outcomes
  • Ship and scale tested changes across representative sites

Requirements:

  • Seven or more years of product management experience
  • End-to-end ownership of adoption, outcomes, and revenue
  • Hands-on SEO or organic growth experience
  • Current point of view on AI search
  • Technical depth and rigorous measurement practices
