Overview

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will design and build scalable web applications and services that power our AI-driven biomedical knowledge platform. You’ll work with product and research teams to ship features across the full development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and monitoring. Your work will support high-availability APIs and business services that enable researchers and decision-makers to access and interpret evidence at scale. This role offers impact across a fast-growing, mission-driven tech team building transformative AI products.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable web applications and APIs
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to ship new features
  • Contribute across the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring
  • Build maintainable services for knowledge-enabled platform capabilities
Key requirements
  • Significant experience with back-end applications
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Node.js
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Good knowledge of web architecture (URIs, HTTP, Caching, etc)
  • Proficiency in Git version control
  • Familiarity with UNIX terminal
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases
