Staff Software Engineer – AI‑First Cloud on AWS

Credit Acceptance is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native Java services on AWS, guiding architecture, coding standards, and AI-assisted delivery across Consumer 360 systems.

You will mentor engineers, drive specification-driven development with Pact tests, and collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment with two WFH days per week.
