Staff Software Engineer - CCaaS Backend Lead

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Staff Software Engineer focused on backend development for Customer Support. You will provide technical leadership for CCaaS platforms, solve complex problems, and shape architecture while contributing hands-on Java code and guiding frontend directions with React/Next.js.
