Staff Software Engineer — Cloud Platform & Control Plane

IBM Software is seeking a Staff Software Engineer I to lead design and delivery of foundational control plane platforms powering Confluent Cloud. You will own highly complex initiatives spanning multiple services and teams, shaping architecture, scalability, and reliability of our cloud platform.
