In this Staff Software Engineer role, you join the M&S Platform within the Customer Data Platform to accelerate cloud-native delivery for a large engineering ecosystem. You will own end-to-end feature delivery, shape technical direction, and partner with Product and Design to deliver impactful customer outcomes. • Build and maintain high-quality cloud software with full ownership of run-book style reliability
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features from design to production
• Own technical delivery by breaking down ambiguous problems into executable plans
• Design and implement solutions aligned with architecture and team direction
• Write, review and release well-tested, maintainable code
• Improve code quality via PR reviews and best practices
