Engine by Starling is seeking Backend Software Engineers to shape and extend the Engine platform for banks worldwide. You will lead complex projects from concept to runtime, act as a technical leader, and own critical engineering challenges. Collaborating with clients, architects, and product owners, you’ll help define future capabilities and tooling. This role offers hybrid work and the chance to contribute to banking transformation at scale. You’ll work with a mission-driven, engineering-led team to reshape banking for good.
