• Act as a technical authority, providing reviews and guidance across multiple teams
• Define and design scalable solutions for high-traffic, complex business problems
• Influence long-term technical roadmap and manage project timelines and risks

• Significant experience building web-based applications in a modern stack (Go, Ruby, Python, Scala)
• Proven ability to design and operate web architectures at scale in high-traffic environments
• Ownership of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL backends (Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Strong understanding of high-scale architecture and large-scale logistics workflows
