Staff Software Engineer — Java / Spring Platform
Duetto
As Staff Software Engineer on the Dev Platform team, you own the architecture and evolution of Duetto’s Java/Spring monolith, guiding domain boundaries and platform modernization at scale. You will shape event-driven data flows and the backend that powers hotel pricing and demand across 80+ integrations, while advancing observability and reliability. You’ll pioneer AI-augmented engineering workflows using Claude tools and our MCP platform across US and EU teams. This role offers real architectural authority, cross‑continental influence, and the chance to drive a modern, high‑throughput multi-tenant system that sits at the core of Duetto’s products.
